Returning Products Collected From Our Branch
Our terms and conditions give you 30 days in which to return a product after receiving the goods. In order to be eligible for a refund the goods must be returned in the same condition as which you received them in, including the original packaging. The items will need to be accompanied with the appropriate original receipt or proof of purchase.
Returning Products From A Delivery
If you need to return an item that has been delivered by us, please call the branch and so that a collection can be arranged. It may be appropriate apply a collection charge to cover the costs of transport and this will be discussed with you when you contact us to arrange the collection. We will arrange a collection in a timely manner and once we have the goods back in our yard, we will inspect the goods. If satisfactory, and a refund is to be issued, we will then arrange a credit or a refund in the same method as which you paid. Please bear in mind that some card issuers may take additional time to process the payment back to you.
Returning Products Delivered Direct From Our Suppliers
If you need to return an item that has been delivered directly from one of our trusted suppliers, please call the branch and we will assist you with this return. Please note that returns on items supplied directly from our supplies will incur a restocking charge, this will be discussed when you contact us to arrange.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
There are some product types and ranges which cannot be returned and these include special order items or customised items, please check all drawings, quotes and paperwork to ensure that what is being ordered is correct as per your requirements. We also do not accept any return of flammable or gas products or any other hazardous materials once left our site. We also do not accept back bagged products such as cements or plasters.
Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Products
If goods supplied are incorrectly delivered or damaged then please inform us within two working days from the point of delivery so that we can get the issue rectified as quickly as possible. If goods are faulty then please return the product as soon as possible so that we can get a replacement arranged (assuming availability) or a credit / refund issued.
