Delivery

To give you the best possible prices, we will provide you with a quote for any items listed on our website.

Just select the products you would like to buy and place them into your cart. Then add your contact details and we will get back to you with an up-to-date quote.

You can then order the products directly from us with free delivery across Norfolk for orders over £50 + VAT.

We deliver to anywhere in Norfolk as well as the borders of Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.

Yes. All our deliveries are free for orders over £50.00 + VAT.

Under normal circumstances deliveries are made within a couple of days, however orders to the extremities of our delivery area may incur an additional couple of days.

We are proud to have a team of professional drivers at Tufts who use their experience and discretion to make sure that safe unloading can be completed on site.

We will always do our best to get your items as close to where you need them as possible but please bear in mind there may be some restrictions such as telephone or power lines, trees or due to the size of our vehicles' width access issues.   

Products

Our terms and conditions give you 30 days in which to return a product after receiving the goods.

In order to be eligible for a refund the goods must be returned in the same condition as which you received them in, including the original packaging. The items will need to be accompanied with the appropriate original receipt or proof of purchase.

If goods supplied are incorrectly delivered or damaged then please inform us within two working days from the point of delivery so that we can get the issue rectified as quickly as possible.

If goods are faulty then please return the product as soon as possible so that we can get a replacement arranged (assuming availability) or a credit / refund issued.
